My Thoughts on the Ben's Garden Gift Set:

After recently receiving a sample of the the Ben's Garden gift set, I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of this handmade gift line.  Never having seen Ben's Garden's product up close until now, I was able to see why Martha Stewart and others are fans.  Each and every piece is carefully thought out with the quotes being used, and the designs and layouts to accompany them.

Included in the Ben's Garden gift set I was sent, was this beautiful French crystal paperweight, which has a felt backing, so it will not slide around on a desk or table...

I loved the whimsical calligraphy used to share Dr. Seuss' quote, and I can't help but smile whenever I look down at my desk and read this.  Usually, I am not one for paperweights, as I don't want the girls to get into my office, grab hold of one and break it, but I can't help but want to display this lovely Ben's Garden paperweight.  And, I hope that when I have people in my office that this will be one of the first things they see, and ask about, as I will gladly share my thoughts on this and other great Ben's Garden items that make for unique handmade gift ideas. :-)

Do you like receiving a note or greeting card in the mail?  I love to send personal notes to family and friends in the mail.  Call me old fashion, but I am still a fan of sending personal notes and greeting cards to family and friends, through the mail.  There is something about taking time to choose a card, then sitting down to write a personal note inside, before dropping it in the mail, to be delivered.  I can see Ben's Garden's scribble notepads with fun quotes making the perfect backdrop to a personal note to loved ones, that will enjoy receiving.

  Ben's Garden Desk Set Giveaway

In addition the beautiful Ben's Garden Desk Set (shown above) that I was sent to review and enjoy, I was also excited to learn that you can also purchase Ben's Custom Glass decoupage, using your personal photographs and keepsakes.  I am one for unique and personalized gifts that can be treasured forever, and the idea of turning a family photo into a trinket tray, French crystal paperweight or even set of square coasters, is a neat one.  I would love to turn photos of the girls into a pretty crystal paperweight to add to my office desk, so that I can glance down at it when working and smile. :-)

I hope you will take time to visit Ben's Garden website and browse the amazing selection of handmade gifts.  From French crystal paperweights to fun scribble pads and even custom orders, I know you will find the perfect gift for grads, dads and others celebrating a special occasion, or to give just because.
