My Thoughts:

Yes, even girls love The Adventures of Chuck & Friends, an animated cartoon series about trucks, which airs on The Hub TV Network in the US, and on Treehouse in Canada.  My daughter Savannah goes crazy for this show.  Having been turned onto the Cars movies by my husband, she has since been in love with cars and trucks.  This past Christmas, when Bella was telling Santa she wanted dolls and dress up costumes for Christmas, Savannah was putting in her requests for The Adventures of Chuck & Friends toys and DVDs.  :-)

And, when Savannah saw that I had received this screener copy to review, she was so excited.  At first, she thought that Santa had sent her a gift early, and was hinting at what he would bring her.  Then, I told her it was part of my work, and that I would need someone who loved this hit television series to help me review it, she couldn't stop offering up her services.

Even though we have only had this DVD for a little over 2 weeks, we have already watched all 10 episodes, and the bonus sing-along song a few dozen times already.  When it came to visit the grandparents, Savannah couldn't help but bring this DVD along to keep her and Arabella entertained.  Thankfully, Arabella is starting to become a fan of this show, or at least doesn't mind sitting through episode after episode of this show about talking trucks. :-)  But, as a parent, I have to say that this is not only a fun and entertaining show to watch with your kids, but that they will learn valuable lessons like teamwork, the importance of friendship, perseverance and more.

Do you have a The Adventures of Chuck & Friends fan in your house?  If so, you will want to make a point to pick up a copy of The Adventures of Chuck & Friends: Trucks Versus Wild from Shout! Factory when it becomes available on Jan. 21st.  And, don't forget to check out the other Chuck & Friends DVDs currently available at Shout! Factory.  Savannah has a nice collection of The Adventures of Chuck & Friends DVDs going thanks to Shout! Factory, and your child can, too!
