Make Your Little One Smile with the New Pajanimals’ Submarine Flashlight from TOMY -- Review and #Giveaway

Disclosure:  I was sent a sample from the vendor in order to write up an honest review.  The views shared are mine and mine alone.

I don't know about you, but Daylight Savings time means something totally different now that I have kids.  Before I used to look forward to falling back and gaining an extra hour of sleep.  But, now, this only means one extra for the girls to get us up in the night for milk or a diaper change.  And, because of the extra hour of sleep, their clocks are off and they are waking earlier and wanting lunch at 10AM.  Ugg.  But, while the past few nights are longer, I have to say that Savannah waking to crawl into our bed because of being scared of the dark in her room, has gone away.  Why you ask?  Because of the fun new Pajanimals’ Submarine Flashlight (featuring a glow-in-the-dark base) from TOMY.

We were recently sent a sample of this new toy to review, thanks to the folks at The Jim Henson Company, as as soon as the girls saw it, they broke out into song, as they sang in unison the Pajanimals theme song?  There is yet another toy we will have to buy a duplicate of, as they are at the stage where they don't want to share, but want everything the other one has. :-)  After trying a handful of light up toys and mobiles in Savannah's room, she never found a toy that she could turn on easier and that would calm her fears of the dark...until she turned on her new Pajanimals flashlight.  With a low glowing light and fun submarine sound effects, she loves being able to carry around this flashlight.  And, come bedtime, this flashlight is kept right by her side, so if she wakes, she can push the button on the submarine periscope for lights and sounds, making her feel safe.

Even if your children are not experiencing fears of the dark, this all-new Pajanimals’ Submarine Flashlight from TOMY would make for the perfect gift for fans of this hit animated series on Sprout TV.   This fun flashlight features all of your child’s favorite Pajanimals characters. And, at only $12.99, you can't go wrong for the price.  Day or night, little ones will love carrying around their bright yellow Submarine Flashlight, shining the light on the wall to make shadow puppets, or simply activate the fun underwater sounds.

And, while we’re speaking about fun and colorful Pajanimals products, TOMY and Running Press are introducing a number of new Pajanimals products just in time for the holidays! New Pajanimals toys from TOMY include:
