Welcoming in Summer with a Fruit2O "Dial it Back" MommyParty (Review)

Disclosure:  I was sent samples from the folks at MommyParty/MomSelect and Fruit2O in order to write up an honest review.  The views shared are mine and mine alone.

With the kiddos almost out of school, what better reason to get the girls together for some R&R before it gets crazy.  Last weekend, while the kids were in school, I have a dozen of my girlfriends over, along with their little ones for a "Welcome in Summer" lunch date.  While the kids played together, the moms were in for a special treat, as I was sent a great party pack from the folks at MomSelect, to sample Fruit2O with them.  Haven't heard about Fruit2O?  Don't worry, as my girlfriends and I hadn't until the party.

Fruit2O flavored waters have zero calories, sugars, artificial flavors and don't contain juice.  So, when you taste a sip of any of the 10 flavored beverages you will not feel guilty.  Instead, you will find yourself enjoying the sweet flavor each of the unique fruit blends give the drinks.  Unlike other flavored waters, Fruit2O is not overpowering and sugary tasting -- making it a great alternative to serve to the kids instead of juice.  If you are not a fan of plain water, this would be a great way to introduce more water into your diet during the hot summer months when hydration is key.

My party pack included coupons, samples of different Fruit2O flavors, as well as plastic branded cups, so that I didn't have to worry about cleaning up a dozen cups at the end of the party. :-)  Because we were having a picnic in the backyard with the kids, the moms had brought along bagged lunches with them, while I provides snacks, dessert, and of course the beverages! :-)

The ladies checked out the different flavors of the Fruit2O water, and then couldn't wait for the taste testing to begin.  While some of the guests are not huge fans of flavored waters, they were up for trying this beverage, just to see how it tasted.  And, those who were hesitant were the ones who enjoyed the Fruit2O waters the most -- this included a few of the toddlers who are picky eaters, including my two girls.

Out of the 4 flavors sent for us to sample, I have to say that our favorite was watermelon, followed closely by cucumber/lemon.  Mmm, I am getting thirsty just thinking about them. Everyone agreed that we would be stocking out refrigerator shelves with these drinks now that the nice weather was here. And, thanks to the folks at MommyParty, for including coupons for guests to use on their next Fruit2O purchases -- it made the ladies day. :-)   When we weren't sampling the tasty Fruit2O beverages with the kids, I was showing off the new Fruit2O "Let's All Dial It Back" app. The new "Dial it Back" app from Fruit20 takes a look at your Facebook profile and does an audit, letting you know ways you can "dial it back."  It breaks down everything like how many times a week you post, if you are considered a friend hoarder, as well as keys in on words you use way to often and can "dial back" and topics that you just won't give a rest.  For me, I talked too much about the kiddos -- go figure! :-)

So, why not try out the new Fruit2O “Dial It Back” Facebook app with your friends and family, as a way to connect, reminisce and share memories this summer, and see where each you stand when it comes to being able to "Dial It Back" in certain areas and with certain words.  We have been having a blast since the party using the Facebook app, and I know you will, too.  And, as an added bonus to using the new Fruit2O “Dial It Back” Facebook app, make sure you make a point to sign up daily for the Fruit2O Dial It Back Instant Win Game, where you could win FREE 6-packs of Fruit2O, noise cancelling headphones, and even a trip to the Florida Keys.  Who wouldn't want to vacation in the Florida Keys? :-)  The Fruit2O Dial It Back Instant Win Game runs through August 13, 2013, so make sure you add it to your calendar each day, to win one of many great prizes, thanks to the folks at Fruit2O.

I don't know about you, but I love summer and warm weather, as this is the time of year, I enjoy making homemade lemonade, iced teas, and flavored water with frozen fruit ice cubes.  But, now, I can also add Fruit2O to my list of beverages to enjoy on a hot summer day.  Included in the party pack were recipe cards of drinks we could make by using Fruit2O.  I made a point to demo each recipe -- which I think was a hit with the ladies. I for one liked it!  So, as we count down the final days until the kids are out of school for the summer, it was nice to be able to get together before all the chaos and relax and catch up with my girlfriends, all while sampling some great flavored water beverages from Fruit2O.  Why not call a few of your girlfriends over this week, and pick up a few different Fruit2O flavors, and have a mini sampling party at your house?  Or, better yet, stock up and have on hand, for when you have your summer cookouts, pool parties, etc...so that you and your family and friends can enjoy this refreshing beverage, that has ZERO calories -- and tastes so good!
