My Thoughts:

Last month I was able to review the Prayers for Girls from Tommy Nelson, and this month I am excited to share another cute "Princess Bible" for little girls.  The Prayers for Girls/Boys book I shared with you last month has become one of Savannah's favorite Bible books, and she takes it everywhere we go, as it comes with a plastic handle.  "My Princess Bible Purse" also comes with handle, which makes it easy for Arabella to carry around with her, too.  Arabella was first drawn to this book by the glittery cover, which she loves to rub.  The book has a little Velcro strip that keeps the book closed, but is easy to open, even by little ones.  While I prefer to have Arabella flip through board books, as she is prone to rip paperback books, she takes pride in this book, and makes a point to gently turn through the pages.

One of the features I like about this book is how in some of the illustrations the actual "Princess Bible" is shown.  Whenever the girls see this, Savannah says it is just like theirs and smiles.

While Arabella is enjoying the illustrations right now, and the cute handle to carry her own "My Princess Bible" around with, I know that this book will become one of her favorite books to read when she gets a little older and begins to understand about God.  Your little one will learn all about the qualities that God develop in our lives, like faith, patience peace and joy.  These quality words are oversized to stand out from the rest of the text, as a way to reaffirm the working of God's Holy Spirit in all of us.
