What would you do if you won $500?  I know for me, I would either pay down credit card debt, stash the money, or better yet, take the family away for a mini vacation.  Now that the girls are getting older, they love water and splashing around.  This year, my husband and I keep talking about how we want to take the girls to one of those indoor water parks.  But, have you looked at the resorts and how much it costs to stay at one of these resorts with an indoor water park?  Last week I was looking at the Smuggler's Notch in VT, as they have 8 outdoor heated pools, hot tubs and an indoor heated pool, along with family fun activities.  For a family of 4 to stay in a studio apartment, you would be looking at around $1000 for only 3 nights.
