Product Review -- Baked Goods from My Vegan Sweet Tooth

This past Monday I shared a Spotlight on Mom post with Tonya Lynette Deveau of My Vegan Sweet Tooth with you.  If you missed my interview with her, click here to read it now -- http://www.inspiredbysavannah.com/2013/03/spotlight-on-mom-tonya-lynette-deveau.html.  Today, I wanted to share more about her delectable baked goods that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. :-)

At My Vegan Sweet Tooth you can find home baked Vegan and Gluten-Free breads, cake, cookies, cupcakes, donuts, candy/sweets, muffins, pies, power bars and even dog treats.  Just the pictures alone with make your mouth water.  Like I said on Monday, I love having family and friends over for dinner, but when it comes to dessert, I find myself having to make an assortment of sweets/goodies to meet everyone's dietary needs.  In the day and age where many people are being diagnosed with food allergies and diabetes, when it comes to serving up food to guests, you have to be cautious as to what your make and serve.  So, I am always looking for vendors that offer baked goods that I can order and have on hand for guests with food allergies.  This is how I stumbled across Tonya and her online bake shop, My Vegan Sweet Tooth.

With Easter right around the corner, I will be playing host for Easter dinner.  So, I was looking for products I could order online to have on hand for the dessert table.  I fell in love with the pictures alone when browsing Tonya's online store, and couldn' wait to reach out and see if I could share her story and more about her baked goods.  Within a few days Tonya had responded to my inquiry, answered my Spotlight on Mom questions and had a sampler box of goodies off in the mail to me. Now, all I had to do was sit back and wait for them to arrive.

Upon arrival, I felt like a kid in a cookie store, trying to decide which one to have first.  The girls helped me sample Tonya's treats, and loved every minute of it.  Here are just a few photos I took of the girls helping with my taste test:

Out of the samples Tonya sent, I have to say our favorite was the choc. dipped chocolate chip cookies with sprinkles, followed second by the apple cider donuts. Mmm, I am getting hungry just thinking about these sweet Vegan treats.

So, if you have a food allergy, or like to play host to those who do, then you will want to check out My Vegan Sweet Tooth, and let Tonya do the baking for you. :-)  Once you take a bite of her freshly baked goodies, you will be heaven. :-)
