My Thoughts:

When you put Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Jonah Hill and Richard Ayoade together in a film, you are bound to have a hit comedy on your hands.  From start to finish, my husband and I were both laughing as we watched this film about a neighborhood watch group, who will do anything to keep their neighborhood safe.  When the crime fighters realize that they are dealing with crimes committed by aliens from Outer Space, they will have to work together to help keep the Earth and their neighborhood safe.  Now, wouldn't you feel safe knowing that a police academy reject, a Costco manager, a brawny motor mouth and a sex-obsessed Englishman made up your local neighborhood watch?  I didn't think so?

This film is not suitable for children, as it references sex and other obscenities every chance it gets.  The story line is far fetched, but makes for a great movie to unwind with after a hectic day with the kids.  They say laughter is the best medicine and a great stress reducer, and this film will help you unwind.

Disclosure: I was sent a screener copy of this film from the vendor in order to write up an honest review.  The views above are mine and mine alone.
