Featuring the subsequent 30 original episodes, this DVD set continues more action-packed adventures of five teens, who quickly learn the full impact and awesome responsibility of their new powers and weapons. The evil villain, Rita Repulsa and her henchmen prove to be very worthy adversaries for the young super heroes, and they are challenged at every turn.

My Thoughts:

Last week I shared how my husband, along with his brother and nephew spent the entire Sunday afternoon watching Volume 1 and Volume 2 of Power Rangers Super Samurai, which arrives on DVD today.  And, this past weekend, while my nephew was spending the weekend (I think because my husband told him I had received this DVD set), my husband and he watched all 30 episodes of Season 1, from the original series.  My husband loved being able to view some of his favorite episodes, while sharing in the love for this popular series, which my nephew now loves to watch.  

Don't ask my husband which episode from the original series is his favorite, as he will say he loves them all.  As for my nephew, he hadn't seen many of the older episodes from the original series, so it was a great way for him to see how far this action-packed series has come, and why so many adults still love watching it today.  I know two people who are eagerly awaiting the release of future DVD releases from this original series.  How about you?
