---MY THOUGHTS---

These DVDs came in so handy today, as my nephew came for an unexpected sleepover.  I have been busy packing for our upcoming weekend to NH, so the last thing I was expecting was to entertain for the day.  When my nephew saw the DVDs on the counter, he exclaimed, "Cool, I wish I had these."  I asked him if he wanted to watch them and then take them home with him tomorrow.  You should have seen his face.  It was like he thought it was Christmas in July. :-)  So, he grabbed an assortment of popcorn, which we have been sampling, and found a spot on the couch to lounge.  I didn't expect him to watch both DVDs, but he did, in a little over 3 hrs.   To him, it was like sitting through a Power Rangers marathon.  By the time the last episode, of the 4 episode disc wrapped up, he was beginning to rub his eyes.  If I let him, he would have watched these DVDs all over again.  As we walked to the guest bedroom, he thanked me again for these DVDs, and said he can't wait until this weekend, as he wants to have a sleepover and invite his buddies over to watch the 8 episodes that make up the two volumes.

Do you have a Power Rangers fan in your house?  I remember back in college, my now husband used to watch these on Saturday mornings.  He said it was for the stunts, but who knows. :-)  All I know is that this television series has been around for some time, and new generations are getting hooked on it.

Mark your calendars as another set of Power Rangers DVDs will be releasing on August 14th (Power Rangers Super Samurai Volume 1 & Volume 2) and September 11th (Power Rangers Monster Bash)  Stay tuned for a review of these.  My nephew is going to go crazy, as he was asking if I knew up their release and I played dumb. :-)

Disclosure:  I was sent copies of these DVDs from the vendor in order to write up an honest review.  The views above are mine and mine alone.
