Holiday Gift Giving Guide 2011 -- TLC Woodcrafters -- Personalized Puzzles (Product Review)

TLC Woodcrafters was kind enough to create a personalized puzzle of my daughter's name, Savannah, and send to me to review and share my thoughts.  I am a big fan of personalized gifts, as they offer more meaning and can be treasured for years to come.  So, when I heard I would be getting a personalized puzzle for my daughter, I couldn't wait to see the final product and then see how my daughter would react to her gift.

Here is the personalized puzzle TLC Woodcrafters created for Savannah.  Isn't it beautiful?  You really need to see this puzzle up close.  The workmanship that went into creating this personalized puzzle is one to be admired.

As soon as I unwrapped the puzzle to show Savannah, she couldn't wait to get her hands on it and play with it.  The wooden pieces, all different in color, are sturdy.  I don't have to worry about the paint chipping, as you can tell the time and dedication that went into crafting each piece and painting it appropriately.  We have other puzzles in the house, that over time began to wear and the paint began to chip.  So, I ended up tossing them.  But, this puzzle is different.  You can tell it will last for many years to come, and can handle continual play by little hands.

If you are looking for a great gift idea this holiday season for your child or grandchild, why not consider getting them their very own personalized name puzzle.  You can choose the colors of the letters and theme.  In addition to these puzzles, you can also have them create a personalized name puzzle on a stool, coat rack, trophy shelf and other wood products. Disclosure:  I was sent a sample from TLC Woodcrafters in order to write up an honest review.  The views above are mine and mine alone.
