My Review:

I just love Nicki Donley's book, Cool Conduct, 100 Ways To Make A Positive Impression.  Through question and answer format, Nicki teaches manners, etiquette and safety.  Now, you only need one book to help make your children feel confident in social situations and teach them the appropriate way to act.  This is a great reference tool for both parents, teachers, caregivers and even grandparents.

Even though the book looks small and not many pages, Nicki does a great job in including 100 ways to make a positive impression.  Through the use of role playing and creative thinking, children can practice each of these ways in a variety of settings, including home, school and in the community.  So, know matter where you are with your children, you can bring up and practice various proper manner and etiquette with them, based on the talking points in this book.

Topics that are covered in this book include social, outdoor, electronic and school etiquette, respecting belongings, safety, verbal and non-verbal communication, table manners, healthy habits, public places, and acts of kindness. So, as you can see, this truly is a great teaching tool.  With just one book, both you and your child will feel confident when it comes to making a great first impression and acting accordingly, depending on the social situation and location.
