Brainetics. Math...Memory...Amazing! Product Review

I recently had the opportunity to try out the complete Brainetics DVD set.  The box said that this program was geared towards people ages 9-90, but after viewing the DVD set in full, I would say the best candidates to get the most out of this program would be children in grades 4-8, and who have a basic understanding of multiplication and know their multiplication tables.

I loved how the content was taught in a game-show type fashion, and with the use of children who looked like they were in grades 4-8, making it more relatable to children in the age range.  In between segments there were quirky cartoons to keep the children enjoyed. I found myself chuckling at these shorts and enjoying viewing the programs with my friend's children.

The concept of Brainetics is that of Mike Byster, also know as the numbers guy and human calculator.  Mike's happy go lucky demeanor and you can do it attitude really pulls together the program, which some children who struggle with math, would otherwise not want to participate in.  Mike makes learning math fun, and teaches children to really look at the problem and break each problem down into smaller parts, in order to solve.  The math secrets that Mike shares throughout the DVD box set really do help children who struggle with math in school.  My friend's children loved all the cool card tricks they learned, as well as the many math secrets that they can't wait to share with friends.

Who knew that learning math could be so much fun.  And, on top of this, you are also boosting your memory -- all while having fun!!!!

If you child struggles with math, or you want to strengthen their math and memory skills, Brainetics is the perfect program to help you out.  Why spend hundreds of dollars on tutoring and programming claiming that they will improve your children's math skills.  Brainetics has been around for years and continues to receive rave reviews from parents and children alike.  And, with a 30-day trial for only $14.95, what do you have to lose.  Even though the program retails for $149.99, it is worth the investment.  You will see an improved self esteem in your child when it comes to completing their math assignments, as well as their grades improving in school.

Disclosure:  I was sent a copy of Brainetics in order to write up an honest review.  The views above are mine and mine alone.
